RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
